Payment is processed securely through Authorize.net. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or shipped in error. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Product Warranty

WOW RO™ systems are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty. Full warranty terms are available on our Resources & Downloads page. Warranty claims should be submitted through our Product Registration page or by contacting us directly.
